Sophia DeSantis is a wizard when it comes to creating meal systems that are sustainable.  Her family-friendly vegan recipes, coupled with her down-to-earth meal prep advice will smooth out any stress you feel about trying to get dinner on the table!

As a client-centered health coach, meal systems expert and plant-based recipe creator, Sophia focuses on helping people feel empowered instead of overwhelmed when it comes to overall health and wellness.  She helped her husband better his heart health by completely changing her family's diet. She did this with a newborn and a 1-year-old, so she know what it's like to make a health change in the midst of chaos.

Being a teacher for 14 years, and getting my master’s degree in education, helped her understand that each person is unique in how they learn, and there is no one size fits all approach. She has now "retired" from her teaching job and runs her business full time while navigating life with 3 young boys. She don't believe there is one right way for everyone, and I strive to help people find what works for them. Her philosophy in helping others is built on the following:
