Owning Your Strengths
Frequently, especially when we're stressed, we tend to focus on our deficiencies.  We are very, very good at identifying the ways we don't measure up or the things we don't feel like we do well.  In today's podcast, I invite us to cultivate self-awareness around our strengths. When we can weave our strengths into our day, even in small moments, we can shift our well-being and our stress levels.  Instead of feeling the weight of our shortcomings, we feel the momentum of our contributions.  Listen in for more on how to make this shift and identify and use your strengths!
