In this episode I share a fun and simple way to teach kids mindfulness using your phone camera.  By helping them zoom in and focus on certain objects we teach them present moment awareness and be helping them zoom out and see context we teach them big picture thinking.  The activity is simple, your main job is just to ask questions and help them "see" even more with each view. This short exercise can be repeated again and again is a great way to bring mindfulness into everyday moments.
