Responding to Adversity Mindfully

In this episode of the #8 ranked stress podcast, I chat with Kathleen Donnelly Israel who spent 14 years caring for her ailing husband. During that time she dove into her own healing journey and learned a lot in the process. After Ron's death, she decided to go to Europe and walk the Camino. During this episode we explore her journey and compare the things she learned to the figurative journeys we're all taking through life. If you're in the thick of struggle, this conversation will offer you insights on how to pare down what you're carrying, focus your mindset on the positive and be open to unexpected support along the way.
Kathleen Donnelly Israel has lived her entire life in San Diego CA. She raised 5 children with her husband of 48 years, Ron Israel. They were a team couple for World Wide Marriage Encounter.
