I'm so excited. Thank you for having me.

Lindsay Miller  1:46
It is my pleasure. And one of the things I've noticed about Sharon in like our interactions over the last couple of months is just her zest for life. Like her enthusiasm is infectious. And just in a few interactions, you know, in text and in person, I'm like, wow, she is alive. So like, I'm so excited for you to bring that to all of us today.

Sharon Coleman  2:07
Wonderful. My pleasure.

Lindsay Miller  2:11
So as we get started, would you share a little bit with us about your story? I mean, you've had some pretty incredible transformational moments.

Sharon Coleman  2:19
Yeah, yeah, it's so funny that you say that I feel like I have been so gifted. It's funny from where things come, because I actually started by having a very traumatic childhood with a mom who was severely mentally ill. And Father, who was a rageaholic. So where it started wasn't great. But it ends up being great, because all of those deep experiences, although it led me to a moment in time where I wanted to take my own life at 26. All those experiences have made me the person that I am today. And I can really see the good nuggets that came out of all the bad, so to speak. So I was fortunate, I actually started to feel like something was not right when I was about 19 years old, but I had found alcohol at 17. And so I drank, not that other people would consider like, you know, an alcoholic, but I couldn't stop drinking, the amount that I took once I started drinking, that's a good way to say it. So I just didn't have a stop button. But at 26 I had stopped drinking. And I had actually gone to a but all the memories of my password bubbling up inside of me and all these feelings and I had no idea what to do with it. And I felt completely overwhelmed. So I actually started to plot how I could take my own life. And I it scared me so much. One night, I realized how close I was and I got down on my knees. And I just said if there's anything out there, I'm begging you to help me. And I had this experience where I was completely covered and unconditional love and peace. And I don't to this day. I don't know if I feel like was that an angel? Like what was it? I was so blown away. I didn't want the feeling to end and I was so naive at that age. I stayed on my knees because I didn't want it to go away. And so it took me like 45 minutes to get up and get on the couch. Right? And it feels to eat for a while. But it was outrageous. And when I got up to go to bed that night, I knew everything was going to be okay. I didn't think everything was going to be okay. I knew it would even though I didn't know how. And within two days, I met my mentor and who was my mentor for the next 30 years. And my life changed profoundly. This woman worked with people that had gone through so We are trauma as children. And she studied in neurology, psychology, spirituality. And she was it. I mean, she was an enlightened being, and she was it. And so if you can imagine, for 30 years studying, and getting better and better and better, but my life transformed outrageously not a little, like I applied, though, I don't want people to think, oh is easy. It just happened overnight, I applied what I was taught to my life. And as I did, I saw these profound changes. And so that was probably one of the biggest moments in my life when I met her, and started to receive this inspiration and knowledge about how to change our life from the inside out. So that was huge for me. Yeah,

Lindsay Miller  5:51
oh, my gosh, that story gave me goosebumps. I mean, honestly, so inspiring, and especially the part where you said, you know, what, I thought there was nothing left. And then I felt an assurance that there was, you know, and then you said, two days later, I realized, like, I was almost through it, the worst, you know, like, and I think that's so profound, both from like a personal, you know, experiential standpoint, but also globally, like, I think there's so many moments, right, where we are in the thick of really hard things. And we're like, I cannot like not even one more second, go on from here. And like, in your case, you know, you having that assurance, like, Honey, just you gotta hang on two more days, I am right here, you know what I mean? Like, they're the bridge out for you is just around the corner. And you're right, you made it like you're done.

Sharon Coleman  6:45
Yeah, that dark night of the soul, right, that dark night of the soul that we go through. And I don't know that there's just one dark night of the soul. I think that as we grow and expand our consciousness, we go through different periods of time, where you're getting things at an entirely new level. And you've got to let go of the known in order to go into the unknown again, and again. And those moments can feel like you're at the edge, you're, you know, like, I always explained it, like you're, you know, you're on a trapeze, and the bar is coming to you, but it's pitch black. So the bar is swinging towards you. And you've got to have the faith to reach out for the bar when you can't see it. But sure enough, you reach out and it's there and you swing. Like that's the kind of incredible faith and those moments, that intangible wonderful, something that we are all connected to, and it becomes present. And we're aware again, of who we are and where we come from. Yeah.

Lindsay Miller  7:47
Profound. So, so powerful. Yes. Yeah. And I've told this story here on the podcast before, but when I was taking childbirth classes, when, you know, before my daughter was born, we did in vitro, and so I wanted to have her birth be as natural as possible. So no judgement for anyone who, you know, births with an epidural. But for me, because the first part was so medicated, I really wanted it to be, I wanted to just like, have it be as natural as I could. So in our class, they're like, the moment before she's born, you know, like, the moment when you feel like you cannot handle a single contraction more. Like that's the moment actually when, like, it's time, and that those are the, you know, like something beautiful is, you know, is about to emerge when you feel like you just can't take it. And you know, from the experience of her birth, I've learned so many incredible things, but I have never forgotten that wisdom. And it reminds that, you know, you and I were talking about your grandbaby just before that before our chat here. And it reminds me of what you just said, like, it really is the dark night of slavery. Like I honestly, I have nothing less like I cannot take one more breath. And really it's like, but that means you're you're there like you have your air us.

Sharon Coleman  9:04
Yeah. Isn't that interesting, though, because when you just said that what it made me consider was that it is a moment of full surrender of my own will, I now have nothing left I have nothing I have given every thing I have, and I have nothing left. So in that moment, the divine steps in our higher self steps and, and it's done. It's like that's all you needed. It was there. I'm always blown away. You know, I had this near death experience about 15 years ago where I am had to code blues in one day. In a hospital. I was actually dying of Mercer. So I had seven wound vacuums on I was an ICU and that kind of walked my kids through and said goodbyes, which is a horrible moment for a mom, and they were young. I mean they were like 1819 they were pretty young at that point to me. And but anyway, so you I could Feel my spirit actually leaving your body so your soul leaves through the top your head. And it was so funny because I actually said to the ICU nurses, I didn't know what I was saying, really. But I said, I'm leaving, I'm leaving, you can actually feel it come, you're leaving your body. It's a very odd sensation. But then I awoke, I saw the lights as they talked about. And then you awake on the other side. Well, the other side is pure, unconditional love. But it even surpasses that experience I had had at 26, where it's unfathomable, there's no end, there's no beginning. You can't want anything because you have everything. You're connected to everything. Communication, telepathic. So they taught me all this incredible wisdom, you know, like, just outrageous things, right? That happen. But when you're there, and you're connected to that you know the truth about who you are. And you understand, you can actually see the line where you are trying to force life, or push life to happen. And yet, everything you always needed, everything you always were was present at the exact same time. But you were distracted by the chatter of your mind in your subconscious mind programming, right. And so that amazing moment, when you recognize we are all made perfectly, we are all made beautifully. There are no mistakes. It's just that we've been programmed to believe things about ourselves that are limiting, right? And so that that incredible experience just when I came back, I was changed forever. I literally hit my knees and said, I will serve you and your children until the day I die. And whatever capacity you give me, I will do that. Because you recognize nothing's more important than love. And nothing's more important than helping people understand who they really are. And to move past that crazy programming. That's not even them. It's not them. But it wasn't me, but I believed it was me until that point, right? I believe.

Lindsay Miller  12:18
Yeah, well in whatever perspective to be able to come back with like you're saying like to have that sense of clarity and then to be able to embody it and have it be like bring in that discernment and that spiritual knowing and then you know live go walk around in your in your life living with that knowing Yeah, it's

Sharon Coleman  12:38
that's why I say it's funny. Sometimes the darkest moments right are the greatest gifts now it took me another four months before I got out of the hospital after that experience, because I was that sick, but but when I got out, I recognized a lot of things and one of them was stop waiting to live your life. Stop waiting for I'll do this right now. Because it's just the thing to do. But, but I one day, I'm going to stop it. There is no such thing as putting off a bucket list, do it now. experience life. Now they gave me this message. The only kind of slap on my hand I got at all, which was very small, was I was an executive. So I was managing teams of 1000s across the country. And I was working like 16 hours a day. Okay, doing what I did. The only slap on the hand I got was like I put you on that this earth for you to enjoy your life this and to play. And the only slap I got was you're not playing. You're not I mean, I was enjoying my life. I don't want you to think I wasn't but play with something in my family. We were raised in such a serious fashion that we didn't learn how to play. We learned how to work, but we didn't learn how to play. So man when I came back. I did like anything that would have been considered a bucket list. Oh, my kids were just like, where are you going? Now mom, because of all the spots I'd wanted to travel to since I was a kid. Within two years. I like knocked them out and had a blast. Because I'm like, I'm not waiting anymore. And that's what I caution people. Don't wait. Don't settle. You were born with greatness inside of you. You have unrealized gifts and talents. And know that when you're longing for something like you're like, I'm just i This doesn't feel right to me. I want more in my life or I'm so discontent with the way things are. Those are beautiful voices that you were given to alert you that the truth of you is not being realized in this life. Right. So what seems so bad can be so good, actually.

Lindsay Miller  14:51
Yeah, that's such a beautiful story. One it resonates so deeply with me because I had my own autoimmune journey where for years I was struck willing to like re regain the ability to move really well, you know, and to not have to have the functionality that I was used to in this body of mine. And afterward, it really was just what you said an invitation like, waiting is no longer an option. Like if there are things that you know, I'm want to do or I meant to do, or you feel inclined to do, now is the time to do them not someday, when or after I this or whatever, because like you said, there is, like so much richness in this moment, we open ourselves up to it. So I love, love, love, love this line of thinking, tell us like what are some of the limiting beliefs that kind of get people stuck right in that place of like putting it off?

Sharon Coleman  15:41
Yeah, that it's, it's allowing the voice of fear to be larger than that of faith. It really is the but here's the thing, fear is so insidious, right? That voice is so insidious, because it makes it tries to make sense to us. What's fascinating is some of the deepest beliefs that hold people back, like, I am not enough, I am not smart enough. I'm not educated enough, I'm not this enough, I'm not that enough. When you actually go look for evidence on whether or not that is true, when you will not find it. When you dissect it and you take it apart. There is no evidence to believe that that is true about you. But people can believe that they can actually live their entire life believing that let it stop them from being who they were meant to be and born to be, and actually die without having ever realized the gifts that they had inside. So the I'm not enough thought is so universal. For all of us, I had such poor self esteem. When I started, I was raised with shame and shame is really tough for us. Because it's not that I made a mistake, but that I am a mistake. Very low, low energy vibration, like, you know, there I have a scale right of the emotions on the scale. And the bottom of the scale is shame. So that's the lowest one, then there's guilt, which I always say guilt is like useless. Don't be guilty, that let's do it. Let's find out what action to take and go take it the it's the past has passed. Let's go forward, right. But so I'm not enough thought I think is so prevalent in whatever way it acts out in our life. And then fear actually comes with success. And when people start to be friend fear, and they start recognizing Oh, fears here, that's a good sign. That means I'm leaving my comfort zone. So this is actually a good sign. And then you just tell fear, hey, listen, I know you're going to be on this journey with me, but Shut up and get in the back seat. Because we're moving forward, like Know your place sphere, get back there. That's cool to be on the journey with me. But I'm not I don't need to hear from you just keep it quiet back there. I think that that's a huge thing as people let fear, whether it's fear of people won't approve. You know, fear of the unknown is probably the biggest fear that actually exist. And yet what's known is your comfort zone. And it's not working. It's like the the safest place you actually can be in this world is in the unknown. But you've got to let go of all these old ideas that you have. And most people only have three or four paradigms that are limiting. That's like the top some people only have two. So two paradigms that are ruling their life that are not even based on fact. And so once you recognize what those patterns are, and trust me, we tell our secret every moment of every day, all of us. We tell our secret, we introduce ourselves this way in our energy and our body language in our voice language, the truth comes out about who we are and how we actually feel about ourselves, right? So when you recognize it, and you realize, oh, my gosh, this is programming in my subconscious mind. Then you actually can stop and re wire and that is called neuroplasticity. And it works. And it's the good news and it doesn't matter if you're 20 years old, 25 years old. 70 years old. I actually have a client who is 74 years old, okay. And the last two years she has transformed her life so much that our children and grandchildren are literally like, Mom, we don't even know you like you're happy. Like she was really depressed and grumpy before because she believed everything she'd been programmed with. So it's so funny and so cool. It doesn't matter your age. It does not matter where you came from. You Have the ability within you and the wisdom within you to change your life and alter your life. And that is I think the biggest gift I was ever given is like there's hope. Right? There is hope.

Lindsay Miller  20:13
Yeah. Yeah, well, it's really meaningful to that you say, hey, there might just be two or three paradigm shifts that you need to make in order to let go of all of that. I mean, at the outset, that sounds like, oh, just two or three. But it really like the way that they kind of get embedded in all the things that we do, right? And in all the ways that we see ourselves, once you can kind of like untether yourself from those perspectives. It's massive, right? Like you realize, oh, actually, I'm not bound by that thought anymore. And I actually just, I could do that.

Sharon Coleman  20:49
Yes. And it can happen. You know, I watch. It's very interesting. Some of the gifts I was given when I came back from the near death experience. Right. So I have clairvoyance, Claire audience, so I actually hear from people's guides on what the mess what's going on. In fact, what's wild is, they'll show me people as a child, they'll show them to me playing with toys, but they give me the feeling they felt as a child, and where all of it started. So I've had some wild stuff where I've said to people, like, did you have a toy like, blah, but they'll help with it. So you have a universal team, that is your team that is comprised of your guides, your angel, your you have it, everybody has it, there just may not be aware of it yet, but it is there, right. And then always the connection to the divine, that your Creator is available to you. And so it's amazing when you start tapping into those inner resources, like I tell people, I'm not, I'm not a teacher, I'm an unknown teacher. Like I help you, I know everything you think you know about yourself.

Lindsay Miller  22:03
What's really true about yourself, and when you

Sharon Coleman  22:05
take off all those masks, all of a sudden, like, wow, here's this beautiful, authentic beam, right? That is like you do have the wisdom, you do have all those connections. So you kind of fall into the reality of who you really are, and stop believing these thoughts that tell you, you're someone that you're not. And that because we have specific perceptions. So we perceive through these lenses, and they're colored. And once you know you're doing that, it's so much easier to be objective and see it. And then when it comes up, you can stop and say, Oh, thank you for letting me know that. That's what it was like, up until now. Now it's different. I'm the commander of this ship, and now it's different. Okay? So I love the phrase up until now, it's a very freeing phrase up until now and then you get you are free. You're literally commanding your subconscious mind when you say that phrase to put the past in the past. And then you affirm the new decision. So it's, it's funny, because people are like, well, affirmations don't work? Well, they actually will not work if it's not a command. And they won't work unless you put the energy and feeling with it. So the way that you were originally programmed between zero and eight years old children are in a super hypnotic state. They are in a super learning phase. And and they're a sponge. Some people don't recognize, like I've had parents say to me, Well, we never fought in front of our children. Sharon, we fought behind doors, because I do a lot of parenting stuff, too. And help people understand what's going on how they're parenting their kids, but so they'll say like, and I see you don't understand children are picking up on energy. It can happen two doors over, they know what's going on, you're not hiding, you think you're hiding, but you're not hiding. So they're all they're taking in all of that energy, but it's with strong emotion that the child feels okay. Now, when you want to reprogram your mind, you've got to do it with strong emotion. You've got to do it with strong energy, counter energy. So people, you can't just say, you know, I am all good. And everything in my life is good without having that energy and emotion. It does nothing. So that's I feel bad sometimes because some of these tools really work, but it's the way people are working them where they don't work. Does that make sense? Yeah.

Lindsay Miller  24:38
It's really insightful, because I am. I'm especially thinking of what you were saying about parenting because a lot of times here on the podcast, we talked about how like you practice this alongside your child or this is how you would teach it to your child. But in this instance, I mean, from my perspective, and I'd love to hear what you think. It seems like it's work that you just truly have to do yourself. first before, like the before it kind of can trickle down into your parenting and into your relationship with your child and impact your child. Like it's not something you can offer your child necessarily without experiencing it yourself. Is that right?

Sharon Coleman  25:16
Yeah, doing your Oh, well, here's the thing, you can do it simultaneously though, because I had to become a parent completely different than the way I was parented. And I knew I did, I knew. I told Annie, actually, that teacher that I was telling you, I said, I want it to stop with me and mine. I don't want these patterns to go forward into my children's life. So I could learn something and turn right around and apply it to my parenting. Right? So there were certain tools and things that just help them. For one thing connect to the mind they were given, which is beautiful. Like, we tend to teach our children what to think, instead of how to think. Now, I was talking about to my son about this on Saturday, actually, because I have a brand new baby grandson, and he was asking, and I was like, Pat, the way you keep your children safe, is to turn them inward. So to where they are literally going on their own instincts. So we go against them. When we say Oh, Give auntie a kiss, go give auntie a hug. And the child is thinking, No, I don't want to kiss this auntie. And we're not letting them listen to that innate inner voice. So it's like, it's just honoring them and going, Look, you listen in here and follow through that way. If they're in danger, they will know and they will move aside. It's natural. So in teaching them how to get in touch with their own inner wisdom, as children and honor it. Man, do we get children that are safe, they have coping mechanisms, they know how to deal with life, right? So very, very important. But yeah, you've got to take care of your own inner child first and stop denying that they're there. You know, people are like, Oh, this inner child thing. So silly. I'm why Oh, are you wrong? That inner child is living in every fiber of your being, I'm telling you, and it's a decision to finally honor what happened. Even if it was good. You know, there are people that are programmed all to the good. They're literally programmed all to the good. Guess what, they're probably not listening today. No, really, you know, the thing is those of us that ask for big juries, big understanding, because one of the things I found when I was on the other side, was our whole thing about being here is to learn to love. That's it. It's not complicated. You are here to learn how to love yourself more, and how to learn other people more. But both are equal. So a lot of people are like, Well, I'm loving to everybody else in my life. But I'm not taking the time to love and honor me. And I'm like, then it won't ultimately work. You've got to do both. That's why it said it was both that that is so true, right? So that that that love is what you're here to learn. So if you're here to learn a lot, you're going to have had a journey that was a lot. You're going to have gone through a lot. Because otherwise you're you're programmed to the good, and you're gonna go through life and I tell my children, hey, don't get mad because some people are hurt here to learn the color blue is blue. That's not your journey. You ask for more than that. Okay? But don't get mad at them. Because that's what they're here to do. They're doing a good job. It's like, oh, that's blue. Leave them alone, right? Gardeners in life, like, leave the kindergarteners alone, for goodness sake. Right. Like you're you're an advanced doctorate student. So get over it. You made the decision. Don't get mad now about it. Right. Let's just go with it.

Lindsay Miller  28:56
Yes. Oh, that I have a wholehearted support for what you just said. Yes. Yes. Yes. Well, and the beauty of like engaging with your life in a way that channels your experience toward the accessibility of love.

Sharon Coleman  29:15
Yes, yes, that's it exactly. But if they're all the experiences, you know, it's when we we gloss over or we go unconscious, when we are asleep. And you know, there are people and I say this a lot because it's true, there are people that they will live 90 years and they will pass away there are people that will live the same year, 90 times, 90 times. I'm telling you and so that is what you don't want to do that is living from your program self instead of your genuine self. And we all it by the way, it's easier than you think to understand it in the hardest thing that you will ever be asked to do this is my experience here is to, to design and know that you are creating your own reality. It's you, the minute that you take responsibility here to respond, responsibility for what is in your life is the moment that you can start to change it. But it is, that's, that's a tough thing to do to finally say I'm not a victim of anything that's going on around me. Now, you may have been as a child a victim, because children are not able to manage for themselves, right, they're not able to get their own food, they're not able to put a roof over their head. So children, yes, but now you're an adult, as an adult, now you have the power to move forward. And what's so sad is a lot of these experiences are done by the time you're like 10 years old, and then you live the rest of your life on experiences that were from a child's perspective. So we use our conscious mind to reprogram our subconscious mind. Our conscious mind is 10% of the minds power. And yet people think it's all of it. I'm like, oh, no, doo doo doo doo. That iceberg 90% that iceberg is big, right? 90% of the truth. But you can use your conscious mind your reasoning and your logic, once you understand to watch your subconscious mind and then reprogram it. So we can all do this guy is and it's worth that I'll tell you that my life now i and people call me a joy ball. They're like, You're happy. You're always loving. I'm like, Yeah, because that's how it feels inside of me now, from a child that was so filled with drama. I was like, I'm telling you that I was the biggest drama queen you have ever met in your life. When I met and I don't even know how to she put up with me, man. Everything was he said she said they said bah bah, bah, that was my whole existence. When I met her, bless her heart, what a lot of patience she had.

Lindsay Miller  32:08
Well, and I think we have the opportunity to do that for each other, right? I mean, in mentoring settings, it's like, heightened to the hundreds degree, right? Because there's just so much that you can take in, and so much wisdom, you know, available, but for each other, like being able to be open and non judgmental, and just like accepting of those patterns that maybe, you know, we see in ourselves, and then like being able to articulate them in a safe space, like letting someone else be the safe space for that. Like I think I I noticed that I you know, I'm feeling hesitant. I was telling a friend the other day that when I was younger, I used to play well, I still play soccer. But when I was younger, I played more consistently. And I, I used to play offense. And there was at some point in my childhood where some challenging things happen. And after that I played defense. And so I realized, like, several months ago that I was starting to play offense again in my life. And there was like significance there. You know what I mean? Instead of like, yeah, like, you know what I mean? It was beautiful analogy. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. That's so cool. Yeah, yeah. But I, you know, it took me kind of sifting through it. And then I mentioned it to a friend and she was like Linds, you're like, totally onto something. That's amazing. But I needed a safe place to be like this kind of was, you know, like, I'm kind of thinking this through. And I think the more we can kind of accept and acknowledge the fact that so much of our unconscious experience or patterning is dictating this moment, the more we can all just be like, that sounds like a pattern, maybe you need to, like, take care of. Right? Like something you need to address. Yeah,

Sharon Coleman  33:48
there's there in the beginning, there was absolutely no way I was going to do what I did without a mentor. I think that my greatest level of pride today is that I don't need to be liked by my clients that I need to be honest. The greatest gift Annie ever gave me was she loved me enough to be honest with me about what I was doing and what she saw. And that's not harsh, that's honest. And so what a beautiful thing when you're willing to listen so deeply to other people, to every word they say every nuance, every eye movement, every part of their body language there, and then listen to them spiritually. Every time you do that, I'm telling you, that's the greatest gift. That's the gift that Annie gave me. And that's the gift that I give back today. And I'm so grateful I even am able to do that. Right? Yeah, we need each other. We can't do this alone. I am telling you, we need each other. There's a beaut I still have a mentor. Like if I don't know I will always have a mentor like I think I'm the I'm a Constant Learner, like I'm a Constant Learner, I have literally probably spent oh well over $150,000 on learning, even in the last five, six years, I'm constantly learning what's new? What's the new science? What's, what's going on out there? What are we finding about the human mind? What are we learning? Right? I don't ever want to stop learning, you know, because I'm always want to keep moving forward and improving on my life, always. So I kick out to like, kick out here. Yeah, I know where I'm going. So I have no fear of that.

Lindsay Miller  35:33
So beautiful. Yeah, well, it's just a perspective that you can bring as a result of your experiences, both, you know, like the challenging ones, and the incredible otherworldly ones, where you just feel this grounded sense of truly being here. Like I was saying, at the beginning, like that comes through the second you start talking to you, like I am here, I am here,

Sharon Coleman  35:55
a gift along with many gifts, and I and see I live, you know, I think people, it's sad what they've done with gratitude that like people are taking it like, Oh, it's another gratitude thing. The thing is, gratitude is an enormously high vibration. And the way that you can bring your lives from your imagination, which is one of your biggest gifts and tools into the third dimensional reality, right? It's through that it's through the energy that you're feeling, and connecting at those higher emotional levels. Now, we all go up and down that scale, I have moments where I'm hurt or have moments where I'm upset, or I mean, I'm a human being, I call us human messes. So we have all that good stuff going on, right? But the thing is, how do I move myself back up that scale, when I need to create something into my life, and you become just an expert at doing it, and I personally, like hanging out here, way better than I liked hanging out, when I hung out. I used to hang out in depression, and anger and sadness, and I hung and shame. I was the mistake. That's how I felt in my life. And now I love myself. And that's with all the flaws, all of that. And if you knew where I came from Lindsay, that's a miracle. For me to say, I love myself is actually a miracle. So I just want it for other people. You know, I want them to have it.

Lindsay Miller  37:25
Yeah. Well, and like on the podcast, we talk a lot about mindfulness, right. And I teach mindfulness to kids and adults. And one of the things that we talked about is this discerning space, where you like, become aware of what's going on inside of you become aware of what's going on outside of you and make a choice on purpose. And what you're saying is, yeah, it's it's, it's great, right? Because what you're saying is like, hey, I can help you in that space. You know, like, once you're aware of those things, or you know, helping point them out to people like, hey, I can help you see what's going on inside of you and why you're reacting this way, or why this keeps happening in your world. Why you're, you know why you're kind of stuck on this hamster wheel of experience. That one? The How did you say it 90 years? No one

Sharon Coleman  38:09
guy 91 year over and over 90 times? Yeah, yeah.

Lindsay Miller  38:12
But like, you're saying, hey, if that is hard for you, let me help. Like, let me come in there and help you figure out what's going on inside what's going outside? And then how to make that skill choice forward. That opens you up to the incredible life that's there for you. Right?

Sharon Coleman  38:30
Yeah, I love it. When people click like, I can actually see them click, click spiritually. I see the minute they actually it's a greatest experience in the world when they get it right. And they actually click into some knowledge. But I don't know how people see it without help. I tell people all the time you make complete sense. They're like, but my life is a mess. But I said you make complete sense from where you come from complete sets. And once they can see that pattern, and they they're like, oh my gosh, you mean I've lived my whole life that way. And it's so cute. Because it doesn't matter if their whole life I work with an 18 year old right now. So her whole life is 18 years old. Right? She's finishing high school. That's her whole life so far. Or I have the 70 year olds that are just like, that's my whole life. I think, yeah, doesn't matter what age it's your whole life up until you figure it out. Right? And you let that knowing happened. But then there's freedom behind it. And yeah, I wouldn't want to live life in any other way. Because if you look at our outside world, there is a group consciousness on this planet, I can assure you and it's thick. It's the same group consciousness. It's made of everyone's thoughts and feelings and emotions. That group consciousness is the same one that said that the world was flat and that man could not fly. But that is the group consciousness that most people are tapped into every single day. The thing is, there is another consciousness that is above that one, that is where you're constantly receiving wisdom. Far above my own. I can tell you because I'm always in awe. I'm like, wow, I didn't know that I wouldn't have seen that. That is like, so cool. So I've just learned to rely on the divine and on that wisdom, right, not on the wisdom. It's not wisdom, but on the thought processes that lie in that group consciousness. Like, it's just that's kind of a sad place to hang out, actually, you know?

Lindsay Miller  40:31
Yeah, yes, yes. Yes. I've 100% Oh, my gosh, this has been amazing. I could talk to you all day long. I need you. I think before we go, just one more question, like, talk to me about what happens in your ability to connect with other people when you live this way. Because like, you just kind of mentioned it in terms of the consciousness piece. But like, there's just such a distinct change in your ability to be truly present with someone else, right?

Sharon Coleman  41:02
They know it immediately to, it blows people's mind. They don't know what they know, sometimes on a conscious level. But like, when I'm talking to someone, and I meet someone, it doesn't matter where I made them, they just kind of stop and pause. Because they can feel that energy, that's them, they can feel the truth. Like we are a reflection of one another. And so you have that because you're not worried about you anymore, you're not in your thoughts are in your heart. And when you meet people, they immediately know. And it's such a beautiful thing to spend every day going around, and be in that presence for people to where they can feel who they really are. That's what's happening. You're not crowding the space with a bunch of thoughts. You are just being and allowing. So they feel themselves and they feel totally connected with. It's a beautiful gift. That one that that's I wouldn't I would give up a lot of things. But I would not give up the ability to meet someone and actually seen them. Like I say, my mom, I really feel sorry for my mom, but my mom left this life without ever having met her children or her grandchildren. These amazing beings were in her life. But because she was a narcissist and everything was her. She never got to feel and meet all these amazing people around her. So yeah, it's of Paramount, paramount importance to be that for other human being in so that they just have a break where they can breathe, and they can actually connect to who they really are. So when they connect to who they really are, they get to meet you. It's amazing. Yeah, that's it. That's a I love that part of my life. I just do I wouldn't give that up for anything.

Lindsay Miller  42:57
Kind of well, the so beautifully put beautifully put. Well, thank you again for being here. Before we go can ask you three questions that I asked.

Sharon Coleman  43:06
Sure you can. Okay.

Lindsay Miller  43:09
What is your favorite food?

Sharon Coleman  43:12
My favorite food is honestly it's it's ice cream. Oh, yeah, butter pecan, you got me coming and go on love my butter pecan ice cream. So that's probably my favorite food.

Lindsay Miller  43:32
favorite way to relax.

Sharon Coleman  43:34
Oh, I meditate. And I stay in that state throughout the day. But I was thinking about it this morning. And actually, I was on my way to do my laundry. And I was thinking about how I'm always listening up. So it's something can happen in this dimension. But my ears are always tuned up to the spheres, right? So my life is relaxing. When you relax. Everything comes to you. It's that we fight. We resist but so that way I love just being and meditating. And yeah. And that they

Lindsay Miller  44:13
love that. And then a funny childhood memory.

Sharon Coleman  44:18
Funny, Chuck, you know, you know, Lindsey, you had that question. And I thought, I don't know that I have a funny childhood memory. Now I laugh all the time. And I have fond memories all the time. But from when I was a child, I don't know. I mean, I have a sweet memory where the firemen would come around and have Santa Claus on the top of the fire engine when I was a little girl. And I loved that when I was like five years old. So that might be a sweet memory. I guess that was memory Jarrow?

Lindsay Miller  44:52
Yeah, well in my sensitivity there. Let's call that into question because you did say the childhood was challenging. So I'm also I usually do change it and say or you know, like a pimp funny memory parenting your kids or is it grandma? So I love that you came up with one from. But yeah, I'm sorry for asking you something that probably

Sharon Coleman  45:11
Oh my gracious and by the way just really quickly before we end Don't say I'm sorry. Oh, we say I apologize, because I'm sorry gives away your power. So when you say I apologize, it's empowering when you say I'm sorry, you shrink a little. So especially as women we're taught to say I'm sorry. So where you can in your language, start interrupting and saying, oh, what I meant is I apologize. Very more empowering. Okay, that's all

Lindsay Miller  45:40
Yeah, no, I'm so glad you said that. Because I felt that difference. I felt it energetically. Oh,

Sharon Coleman  45:44
it's a little different. Yeah.

Lindsay Miller  45:48
No, I'm glad you glad you put that in there. Um, okay. Yeah. Again, this has been incredible. And I'm sure it's gonna support so many people talk to people that where they can find you your work and connect with you further, Sharon.

Sharon Coleman  46:01
Yeah, I have a website. My the name of my company is heard divine life he RDI v i n e, L I F E. So the website is just www dot heard divine life.com. So I have like, free trainings and all kinds of different mini courses and things that people can take just to get a taste of whether or not I'm the right person for them. Because we're not all the right. People. For everyone. We're not there are distinct people that are meant to work with us. And they know it when they hear our voice. They're like that's, that's who I've been waiting for. And so they're assigned to us, which is really cool from another dimension. And But yeah, if you're interested WWW dot her divine life.com. Thank you for asking that question, Lindsay.

Lindsay Miller  46:51
Yeah, thank you again, for being here. This has been so joyful, and I am grateful we had the chance to connect today.

Lindsay Miller  47:01
This episode with Sharon really made me think about some things in a different way. And especially this idea of approaching people with love. And if we can get clarity around the things that are kind of holding us back or the fears that we have about the way we are or the way we're acting, and really just come through all of those with that fullest sense of love. It makes such a big difference. Fear trips us up in so many ways. And so I hope there were some tidbits in this episode to help you let go of some of the fear that you navigate because we all have it and allow you to move forward into a space of just more acceptance and love and in really embody that fully as you interact with everyone else in your world. And if you talk to yourself, I am so grateful you are here listening, please share this episode with anyone who would benefit follow along and leave a review. I got another review this week. So thank you to the one who reached out and left a review. I'm always so grateful. You can leave a review at rate this podcast slash the stress. Until next time!
