Some COAL for you...

At the time of recording the holidays are approaching and here in the US, we have a saying that if you're on the bad list, you're getting coal for Christmas. COAL stands for curiosity, openness, acceptance, and love. The acronym is an easy way to remember how to think more mindfully.
