The ABCs of Mindfulness

On this episode, I guide you through the ABCs of Mindfulness. This is a simple and effective tool that can transform any moment. It's best introduced and practiced when kids are calm and then it can be utilized during moments of stress. You can use this tool in a variety of situations and I share several examples in this episode.
