Here on The Stress Nanny, the #8 Stress Podcast we talk through common stressors and how to minimize stress and build resilience. In this week's solo episode, I share an analogy for understanding how to tease apart stress. Comparing stress to a skein of yarn with a bunch of knots and tangles, I'll walk you through identifying what strands might be part of your stress knot. Once we get some clarity on which stressors we're dealing with, we can start to get clarity on how to work through them, slowing untangling the stress and allowing for greater functionality (in both yarn and people).
